JD helped me from the first time when I came to Groningen. Also when I moved to FC Twente I could always ask for help and still now I am in Southampton he comes to visit me several times a year. We became really good friends and I trust him for 100%.
JD is very friendly and prepared to help all the time. He supported me, also in my difficult times, and gave me confidence in what I was doing. I trust him and we become friends. I wish him good luck with his company!

I ve got to know Marcel Middelbos as a really friendly friend. Whenever I felt bad, I good call him. Even when it was in the middle of the night. Also he helped me when I needed something. I went for diner at his home together with Matias Jones. We knew allready he was good hostparent of FC Groningen. We had a great diner. Because we trust him I decided to join his company as a player.
Marcel is a person wanting to help always the other. He is a friendly man and very responsible and a hard worker. He takes good care of guys with talents that come from Holland or even outside Holland without he even know them 100% and this is a big responsability to help them and open your house for them. He takes his work really serious and he is always honest with it. Marcel has a good eye for what he does, in business way aswell in a humanity way.
When I went to Groningen and I couldn't speak the language and JD helped me a lot. He literally helped me with anything that I needed. And probably the best thing he did was help me get my little puppy. It was really cool from him and I will be always thankful for this. He is a really really nice guy whom I trusted from the first minute.

I became friends with JD while I played for FC Groningen. After all those years we still have contact and he did visit me when I played for PSV Eindhoven, FC Augsburg and Genoa. He has a good sense of humor and it feels always good when we see eachother.
